Confidential Shredding

Dispose of confidential documents and RECYCLE!

Republic/Southland makes the disposal of confidential documents and non-paper items easy by offering customized programs. Documents can be shredded at our facility or at your location, via our mobile equipment. We are the first company in Florida to earn AAA certification by the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID).

In addition to shredded paper, we responsibly destroy items such as microfiche, tapes and other obsolete or defective products. And, we are capable of recycling most of these products in the most environmentally-friendly way.

Our employees are bonded, insured, and screened through state and federal law enforcement agencies. To facilitate the collection of confidential documents, we provide lockable consoles and/or lockable wheeled containers that can be conveniently placed. Our uniformed drivers pick up the materials and transport them in an enclosed truck to our processing facility, which has 24 hour security.

Arrangements can be made to observe the shredding of your documents at our facility, and we provide a certificate of destruction for your records by request.
